Despite his reference (in graf 2, line 2) to Dennis’s “confession” to the crime, that there is no proof that Dennis ever confessed to anyone.

Judge Bruce Mallonee’s recent ruling allowing for advanced DNA testing on the remaining items of evidence by an independent lab offers the best and perhaps final opportunity to free Dennis, and to reveal the identity of the real killer. Dennis’s two lawyers, John Nale and Stuart Tisdale, are working pro bono, taking no pay, however the cost of the testing will be $50,000. Trial & Error has $15,000 on account, meaning that we now need to raise approximately $35,000 ASAP. Gang, we can do this!
